Empathise - Understand the Context: Begin with a comprehensive understanding of your business, market, and user needs through competitive analysis, feature analysis, user interviews, and online surveys.
Define - Establish User Goals: Transform research insights into actionable design strategies by defining user personas, empathy maps, user objectives, and journey maps.
Ideate - Create Design Concepts: Use brainstorming, sketching, and devising information architecture to transform the defined strategies into tangible design concepts.
Prototype - Visualize the Design: Convert design concepts into interactive, visual prototypes including a UI kit, mid and high-fidelity wireframes, and a final interactive prototype.
