• What is the typical turnaround time for product visualization?

  Turnaround time depends on the product's complexity, the number of renders/animations, and current workload. A precise timeline will be provided after the initial brief.

• Do you offer product animations?

  Yes, I can create engaging product animations, such as turntable views, feature highlights, or assembly animations, to showcase your product dynamically.

• What is your revision policy?

  During the modeling and texturing phase, revisions are unlimited to ensure the core design meets your expectations. After the final renders/animations are delivered, 2 rounds of revisions are included. Any further revisions beyond these 2 rounds will be subject to additional charges.

• What is your payment process?

  A 50% upfront payment is required to commence the project, with the remaining 50% due upon the final approval and before the delivery of final assets.
