Setup: $995 one time. Ongoing monitoring and bounded maintenance: $349/month. Phone, SMS, CRM, email, hosting, and other provider charges are separate. Scope and invoices are confirmed before work begins.
For one owner-operated HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar trade business, I configure one controlled response path for one existing inbound phone or web-form source. Eligible inquiries can receive an approved acknowledgement, up to five approved qualification questions, and a handoff to a named employee with a backup route. One open-estimate follow-up sequence is included only when the business has a documented right to message that lead.
The setup includes opt-out handling, quiet hours, duplicate protection, send and retry limits, failure alerts, an emergency stop, ten fictional acceptance tests, an operating guide, and a staff handoff. Delivery target: five business days after complete intake, access, approvals, and any required sender registration. Fourteen days of defect correction follow acceptance.
Not included: cold texting, purchased lists, emergency dispatch, autonomous quotes, a call center, a full CRM, or guaranteed bookings or revenue. You remain responsible for consent, registration, policies, approved messages, provider charges, and a real person who can respond to leads.
