Upon initial intake, we'll meet to discuss the project brief, schedule and officially kickoff your project.

Our projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions and all assets necessary to execute the design brief must be received by our design studio 1 week prior to the design phase start date. This includes all brand photography or graphic assets previously created, copywriting, e-commerce product images etc.

We'll meet on a weekly basis to discuss project status, present design reviews and gather any feedback for your revisions.

Additional revisions that are out of project scope carry an additional hourly rate of $75/hour.

Project cost will be assessed on a case by case basis dependent upon design and/or development needs. Premium theme or template purchase included within project cost.

Additional add-ons such as social media content kits, e-mail marketing design or graphic designs are available on a case-by-case-basis.

Please note: If you have a hard project launch date in mind, its important to adhere to dates set out in the schedule. We ask to receive design, assets + site feedback in a timely manner or the schedule will need to adapt to accommodate.
