• Website Audit

  In the very early stage of the projetct we need to know where we're starting from. So we evaluate every aspect of the business, from the persona to the conversion funnel and the process to become client.

• Growth strategy

  From the Audit, we decide where we could get easy and quick results : what we call "quick wins". We also try to find some midterm goals (3-6 months) and some long goals (1y and more). These are different if you're a new found startup or a big company.

• Monthly briefings

  Every beginning of month we evaluate how the different campaigns evolved and the impacts of our actions. And we decide w<hat to do to improve even further regarding all the goals in our strategy and how we can achieve them quickly. We do a stronger briefing every quarter so we can get satisfactions and maybe turn a bit the goals we've established first. And also every year for an in depth point.
