Turn one permitted or public product source into a clean, source-traceable catalogue of up to 500 items. I first deliver a 3-5 row approval sample using your requested columns, column order, one agreed duplicate key, and up to two simple filter or exclusion rules. At 250 rows, you receive a progress checkpoint with any access or data-quality issues. Final delivery includes XLSX and CSV together, or JSON on request, plus a QA exceptions sheet listing total rows, categories, missing fields, duplicates, and access-failure URLs. One post-delivery revision for column names, order, duplicate rule, or file format is included. Available fields can include product name, SKU/reference, category, price, stock status, variants, description, image URL, rating, review data, and source URL when those values are visible on the approved source. Missing values are marked, never invented. The same approved schema can be preserved for an easier repeat job. Multiple sites, image-file downloads, scheduled monitoring, recurring operation, database/API/dashboard work, and reusable scraper code are quoted separately after a successful pilot. The 24-hour clock starts after the source, access permission, record range, columns, and output format are approved. Not included: login, CAPTCHA or access-control bypass, credentials, sensitive data, proxy resale, or unlimited maintenance. If the source is not permitted or technically outside this scope, work does not start and payment is canceled or refunded through Contra.
