As a project manager and executive assistant, I have the skills and experience needed to help keep your podcast running smoothly!
I'll help create a podcast release schedule and guest tracking sheets (unless already created.)
Together we'll create an ongoing timeline for reaching out to guests, ensuring all contracts and necessary info is in place, making sure guests feel valued and ensuring they get everything they need, while making sure we also have all important information to keep things on track and running smoothly!
I'll help book any pre-session calls, as needed, and send guests their links to share out once each episode is live.
If not already created, I'll work with, create, or elevate a filing system for your podcast assets, episode schedules, episode assets, essentially everything you need to keep your show running smoothly!
