My main strength lies in clear communication in project management (start to end strategy, documentation and implementation), which enabled me to work as a project manager in a national accelerator program even when I was employed as a business analyst. The program (Grameenphone Accelerator 3.0) was completed successfully with 6 graduates with full funding to start their business.
