Design drafts will take a few days (not weeks). Meanwhile, complex designs such as websites can take more time (1-2 weeks*). Customer response time to questions and feedback also has a bearing on turnaround time.

Leaving revisions is simple! Our "Point & Click" tool lets you mark corrections directly on the design. No more messy screenshots or fumbling to describe your edits.

We offer unlimited revisions so if you don't like your design, we'll make revision until you are 100% happy.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
