Our UI/UX team of five expert designers collaborates closely with the client to create a high-fidelity, clickable prototype in Figma. This phase typically spans 2–3 weeks depending on complexity. Clients receive day-one access to the Figma file for real-time visibility and feedback. A dedicated project coordinator ensures seamless communication, daily updates, and adherence to timelines.

After design approval, we convert the Figma prototype into a fully functional FlutterFlow app. This includes database architecture setup (Firebase, Supabase, or custom backend per client need), screen building, and logic implementation. Clients receive test APKs (Android) and TestFlight builds (iOS) from day one of development. The project is divided into development phases (2–5 based on project size), with milestone-based testing and approvals after each phase.

For features beyond native FlutterFlow capabilities, we develop and integrate custom code and widgets as needed. Our team has successfully published custom widgets in the FlutterFlow marketplace and can build any functionality your app requires.

Once development concludes, we conduct full-scale manual and automated testing. This ensures performance, reliability, and bug-free user experiences across all supported platforms.

We handle complete deployment to the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and custom domain (for web apps). Our team ensures all requirements, screenshots, metadata, and compliance checks are met for a smooth publishing experience.

Upon final approval, we transfer complete ownership of the project to the client.
