My process are;
Get my team and I in contact with the client to discuss the needs and requirements of the client.
come to an agreement as to the deliverables required by the client by giving our advises from an expert end to make sure the client understands why we want the best for his project.
Get back to work with my team to make sure all deliverables are met and on time so the client won't feel disappointed.(disappointment is not what we take likely we work tirelessly to satisfy our clients and meet up with appointed dates).
Cross check the deliverables to see if there are any modifications(we can consult experts related to such fields if needs be).
schedule a review meeting with the client(my team inclusive) to review the project before finalizing the project (review to see the clients satisfaction before calling the project a success).
Present our client with the finished work of the project as requested and to meet all satisfaction of the client.
Then we can call the project a success.

    for now it's made up of 5 individuals including me, I am a Gis Expert; proficient with ArcGis online and Desktop and I am a Backend Software and website Developer proficient with Node.js and Php, we also have a Full-Stack Developer, A backend Developer, An Architect and Copy-writer, A structural Engineer too.

    Been into the Gis world since October 2020 and i join the Tech world in 2024.
