Project Analysis and Planning

In this phase, we'll discuss your project, its goals, and expectations together. I conduct thorough UX research, develop a site map, and create a mood board to define the overall visual style and branding. This stage is tailored to the specific needs of your project, ensuring a perfect start and a clear understanding of the final outcomes.

Crafting Wireframes

At this stage, I create wireframes that serve as the framework for your website. This allows us to visually present the information structure, interface planning, and interaction between various elements, which is critical for effective design.

Designing the Desktop UI

Here, I focus on creating a unique and attractive UI design for the desktop version of your website. The cost includes licensed materials such as fonts and images. There's also an option to create an interactive prototype for a better understanding of the final product. During this phase, I also develop a UI Kit, ensuring design consistency and efficiency.

Mobile Interface Design

The primary focus of this stage is on designing the mobile version of your website, ensuring optimal display and functionality on smartphones. If desired by the client, I am also prepared to adapt the design for other types of devices, to ensure convenience and efficiency of the user experience on any device. Upon completion of the work, I will provide you with the finished Figma file, which includes all design elements.

FAQs

The timeline for a web design project varies depending on the complexity and scope. Generally, a project can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months. We'll discuss timelines in detail during our initial consultation to align with your needs.

I typically allow for a set number of revisions at various stages of the project. This ensures that your feedback is incorporated and that the final design aligns with your vision. The specifics of the revision process will be outlined in our initial agreement.

At the end of the project, you will receive all the necessary design files, including a Figma file with the complete design. If opted for, interactive prototypes and any additional materials used in the design process will also be provided.

While an initial idea can kickstart the process, having materials like a project brief (which I provide), existing branding elements, content, examples of preferred websites, images, and a site map can expedite our collaboration. Don't worry if you don't have everything; I'll guide you through it, whether you're starting from scratch or have some materials ready.
