• What is your revision policy?

  I offer 1 free revisions when I make an error with the script. Please note: I do not re-film content based on personal taste preferences (e.g., speed or tone). However, I ensure the final product is high-quality and meets your brief from the start!

• Will I need to ship you my product?

  Yes, I’ll need the product shipped to me, I must have product in hand before processing the order. Please note, the item and shipping must be provided at no cost to me.

• What if I need a longer video?

  If you require a longer video, simply send me your script or a description of what you’d like covered. I’ll review it and provide a custom quote based on the additional time and detail needed to meet your goals!

• Are there any products you do not create videos for?

  I don't create content for undergarments, swimsuits, cannabis, religious, or adult products/scripts. Please message me first and include a product description to ensure it’s a fit

• Can you shoot with other people?

  Yes, I have my 3year old son that I usually shoot content with. Please keep in mind that an extra fee will be applied for any extra person in the video.
