¿Se ofrecen revisiones? / Are reviews offered?
Sí. Todos los proyectos de packaging incluyen hasta dos rondas de revisión. Cualquier revisión posterior se cobrará por hora. Yes, all packaging projects include up to two rounds of review. Any subsequent revisions will be charged on an hourly basis.
¿Y si no me convence el diseño que me entregas? / What if I don't like the design you deliver?
Siempre trabajo con contrato para que todo quede claro desde el principio, así que ahí puedes ver todos los detalles. Aun así, no te preocupes: suelo ofrecer un reembolso parcial por lo trabajado hasta ese punto. I always work with a contract so that everything is clear from the start, so you can see all the details there. Even so, don't worry: I usually offer a partial refund for the work done up to that point.
¿Cómo gestionas los reembolsos? / How do you handle refunds?
No hago reembolsos completos, porque detrás hay tiempo, creatividad y trabajo invertido. Lo que sí hago es ser justa: si decides parar el proyecto antes de agotar las rondas de cambios, recibirás lo que esté avanzado hasta ese momento para que siempre tengas un resultado a mano. I don't give full refunds, because there's time, creativity and work invested behind the scenes. What I do is be fair: if you decide to stop the project before exhausting the rounds of changes, you'll receive what has been done up to that point so that you always have a result at hand.
¿Incluyes renderizados 3D? /
Depende del proyecto. Si tu packaging lo necesita, puedo modelarlo desde cero o trabajar con maquetas digitales de calidad que después personalizo para que encajen con tu marca. It depends on the project. If your packaging needs it, I can model it from scratch or work with high-quality digital mock-ups that I then customise to fit your brand.

Moodboards / Dirección visual
I will present two visually inspiring proposals focused on packaging: references to materials, textures, finishes, colours, and images that will help us choose together the creative path that best aligns with your vision and the unboxing experience you are looking for. / Te presentaré dos propuestas de inspiración visual enfocadas en envases: referencias de materiales, texturas, acabados, colores e imágenes que nos ayudarán a elegir juntos el camino creativo más alineado con tu visión y con la experiencia de unboxing que buscas.
Structural design and/or adaptations / Diseño estructural y/o adaptaciones
We will define the shape, proportions and functionality of your packaging (if it is customisable) or adapt the design to the existing format to optimise its visual impact and ease of use. / Definiremos la forma, proporciones y funcionalidad de tu envase (si es personalizable) o adaptaremos el diseño al formato existente para optimizar su impacto visual y su facilidad de uso.
Packaging graphic design / Diseño gráfico del packaging
I will create the graphic elements applied to your packaging: labels, boxes, wrappers, or any physical medium your product requires, adapting the design to the necessary formats and printing techniques. / Crearé las piezas gráficas aplicadas a tus envases: etiquetas, cajas, envoltorios o cualquier soporte físico que requiera tu producto, adaptando el diseño a los formatos y técnicas de impresión necesarias.
