2. Problem Aware – The potential customer recognizes they have an issue that has to be fixed and starts looking into solutions without planning to make a purchase.
3. Solution Aware – A prospective client is aware of at least one solution to their issue, but they are unsure of who can handle it. They currently want to address their issue and make a purchase.
4. Brand Knowledge – The customer is now aware of:
1. Their issue
2. What remedies are available?
3. And is aware of a brand or business that can help them with their issue.
