Having all the requirements clear, I start the project by producing the first sketch to have a first review. This would be a simple sketch just to check the composition of the image.

Then, for a second review, the sketch could be more detailed. From this moment, you can let me know if the sketch needs more revisions or if you think it is ready to start applying color and textures.

The following reviews would be to adjust details until reaching the final review where you consider that the project is ready for final delivery.

It is important to take into account that there is a limit of revisions, so it would be ideal to make as many revisions and changes as necessary in the first revisions, so that the last revisions are to adjust the last details.
