● Reviewing daily inventory reports from Dell’s Oracle system and Dell’s 3rd party logistics (3PL) partners; identifying variances
between both data sets; conduct analysis to root cause the source of these discrepancies.
● Performed Qualitative research on unstructured data sets & by interviews with focus groups.
● Proactively communicating on delayed reports/data sets, or issues affecting ability to conduct daily work effectively.
● Maintaining an up-to-date action log of root cause steps with IT and 3PLs.
● Using good judgment and initiative to prioritize and trouble-shoot discrepancies effectively; develop and enhance a set of work
instructions as knowledge is built.
● Submitting recommended actions to clear variances, to an agreed SLA & preparing BRDs, FRDs.
● Creating functional & technical documents, Use Cases, User Stories, mock-ups, test cases and high and low-level design documents
● Conducting trend analysis identifying major issues and their root causes
● Establishing effective working relationships with multiple business partners, holding them accountable to resolve open
issues and provide timely updates.
● With the Knowledge of inventory control practices and performing reconciliation.
● Assist with system and user acceptance testing.
● Conducting detailed analysis, generating insights and visualizations and publish report to company leaders.
● Establishing effective working relationships with multiple business partners & holding them accountable to resolve open issues
and provide timely updates also taking care of invoices in terms of deductions & discounts of B2B & B2C Stakeholders. .
