FAQs
What is the scope of the UX Audit?
It is focused on the most critical user journeys. We can audit an entire marketing website, or key flows within an application (e.g., onboarding, checkout process, or a dashboard section). We agree on the specific scope before the project begins to ensure maximum impact.
Does the audit include implementing the design changes?
No. The Audit is a strategic consulting service. The deliverable is the action plan, showing your team what needs to be done. If you need me to implement the design changes (UX/UI redesign or development), we can start a separate, dedicated project (e.g., my Figma Landing Page or Product Design services).
What methodology do you use for the review?
I combine Heuristic Evaluation with data-driven observation. I apply established principles (like Jakob Nielsen's 10 Heuristics for UI Design) combined with behavioral analysis from any analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar/Google Analytics, if provided) to ensure the findings are both theoretically sound and supported by user behavior.
How long does the Audit process take?
Typically 3 to 5 business days. Since the deliverable is a high-value report and not a complex design, the process is streamlined to provide actionable insights quickly, allowing your team to start implementing changes almost immediately.
What's included
Heuristic evaluation & Friction point mapping
Detailed review of your website, app, or key user flow based on recognized UX principles (e.g., Nielsen’s Heuristics). I identify all points of friction, usability issues, and conversion blockers that are costing you users or revenue.
Prioritized UX/UI Action Plan
A comprehensive report delivered as a clean, actionable document. Issues are ranked by impact and effort (e.g., Low Hanging Fruit, Medium Impact, High Priority), giving your team a clear roadmap for immediate improvements.
