Summary

Providing strategic visioning services to help clients develop long-term plans and define their organizational direction in alignment with their business objectives.

Process

1) Capture the essence of the opportunity you want to take, or the risk you're facing. This is commonly called 'discovery', and usually involves listening to your reasons for why your company exists, why people work for/with you, what you see the company value proposition being in the future.
2) Workshop possible scenarios for your company's future - across multiple time horizons, including the risk/reward possibilities involved in each scenario.
3) Hone these scenarios down to 2, via external research, employee testing, reviewing competitor/collaborator strategies.
4) Plan the roadmap across 4 vectors for how to progress towards your chosen scenarios, including requirements to shift people capability, leadership approach, decision-making, collaborations with partner organisations etc.
