What's Included
Scope:
Custom Python automation pipeline that connects 2-4 external APIs and uses an LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) at one or more decision points
Examples of typical use cases:
Daily lead enrichment pipeline: scrape new leads → LLM scores/normalizes → push to CRM via API
Document processing pipeline: PDF/email extraction → LLM categorizes and extracts structured fields → stores to db → sends summary
Monitoring + response pipeline: watch keyword mentions across sources → LLM classifies importance → trigger alert or task creation
LLM orchestration with realistic function-calling/multi-step agent patterns (not just a one-shot prompt)
Error handling, retries, and logging throughout the pipeline
Data persisted to a lightweight DB (Turso / SQLite / your existing DB if API-accessible)
Output surfaced via one of: scheduled email report, webhook post, or simple REST endpoint (FastAPI)
Up to 3 distinct pipeline stages (e.g., fetch → LLM-process → act)
Deliverables:
Full Python source code, modular, type-hinted, docstrings
Architecture diagram (PNG or markdown) explaining the pipeline
README with setup instructions, environment variables needed, and how to run
.env.example with all credentials keys (no secrets included)Sample run output showing the pipeline working end-to-end on real inputs
Deployed runnable on your infrastructure or a basic cron setup

What's NOT included (out of scope):
Custom model training / fine-tuning — I orchestrate existing LLMs, not train them
Enterprise MLOps (Kubernetes, model registries, distributed pipelines)
Front-end dashboard UI (add-on possible, see below)
24/7 DevOps support after delivery — code is delivered for you to operate
Add-Ons (mention as "Message me to add"):
Front-end dashboard (React + TypeScript + Vite) to visualize pipeline output — +$800
Cloudflare Pages deployment of the dashboard + API — +$150
Monthly maintenance retainers available — message to discuss
Revisions Policy
2 rounds of revisions included. Additional revisions: $200/round.
