What's included

UX writing
Written microcopy structured for websites, apps, or other digital products, to facilitate users' experience navigating the finished product. This can be done through instruction, tutorials, and alerts via push notifications.
User Research
Focuses on investigating user behaviors, motivations, and needs through interviews, surveys, or usability evaluations.
User Personas
Development of a fictional character that represents your target users or customers.
Wireframes, Low & High Fidelity
A diagram or set of diagrams, that has shapes and lines representing the user activities or movement within an app or website.
Mockups
Includes stylistic and visual details to give a realistic representation of what the final product will look like.
Prototypes
A simulation or sample version of a final product. A way to visualize the product in action.
Information Architecture
This lays out the organization of information within the app or website
User/Journey Maps
A layout of the path that a user might take to complete the task or end goal within an app or website.
