Do I need to provide a brief or detailed information about the project to start the project?
Every project is unique, and the starting point can vary. Some clients come to me with detailed documents outlining their desired website structure, goals, branding assets, and design preferences. Others might have a more general idea and need additional guidance. To ensure I create a design that aligns with your vision, I'll need some key information about your company. This includes the purpose of the website or application, details about your target audience, any branding elements you want to incorporate (such as color palettes and fonts), insights into your competitors, and design samples you like. We can discuss all of this in detail during our discovery call, where I'll gather the necessary information to tailor the project to your specific needs and goals.
How will we communicate and collaborate during the design process?
For smooth and effective communication throughout the design process, we will use Slack or WhatsApp for general updates and discussions. Design feedback and comments will be handled through Figma, which allows for precise and streamlined collaboration. For any detailed update calls or discussions, we'll use Zoom to ensure clear and efficient communication. However, I’m open to using other forms of contact if you have a preferred method.
What if I need more than 3 rounds of revisions or I need to add new requirements further on the project?
Major changes to the design direction after the initial concept approval are not included in the standard project scope. If you want to switch to a different concept or change the design direction entirely, we can do so as an add-on at my current hourly rate.
Can you help with website maintenance or additions after the project is completed?
Yes, I offer ongoing maintenance services to ensure your website remains up-to-date and runs smoothly. We can set up a maintenance plan based on your needs, either at an hourly rate or as a monthly retainer.
