Find out exactly what's costing you users and conversions

I'm Maty, a product designer who helps founders and teams turn confusing, leaky products into experiences that feel obvious to use. In a UX Audit I go through your product the way your users do. I pinpoint where they hesitate, drop off, or get stuck, and hand you a clear, prioritized list of fixes. So your product doesn't just look good, it performs.
The audit covers up to 4 core flows of your product (roughly 15 to 20 screens), delivered in 1 week.
This is for you if:
Users sign up but don't activate, convert, or come back
You're about to launch and want to catch friction before real users hit it
Something feels "off" in the flow but you can't quite name what
You want senior eyes on your UX before investing in a bigger redesign

What's included

Full UX & usability review: A walkthrough of up to 4 core flows, evaluated against proven usability and conversion principles. (A flow is one complete job. Signing up, for example, covers registration, login, verification, and reset as a single flow.)
Prioritized issues list: Every problem I find, ranked by impact so you know what to fix first instead of facing a pile of notes.
Actionable recommendations: A specific fix for each issue, explained clearly so your team can act on it right away.
Loom walkthrough: A recorded video where I talk you through the findings, so the context isn't lost in a document.
Quick-win highlights: The high-impact, low-effort changes you can ship immediately.

Process

Kickoff. You share your product (live or prototype), your goals, and any analytics or feedback you have. We confirm the up-to-4 flows we're reviewing.
Audit. I review the flows in depth, mapping friction against usability and conversion best practices.
Report & walkthrough. You get the prioritized findings plus a Loom walking you through them.

Scope

The audit covers up to 4 core flows (about 15 to 20 screens). Larger product? Add extra flows at $400 each, or skip ahead and we scope the fixes directly as a sprint.

Pricing & timeline

The audit is $1,500, delivered within 1 week.
If you act on the findings with me, the path depends on what the audit surfaces:
Product and flow fixes go to Mobile App UX/UI, dev-ready ($6,000, 4 weeks)
Consistency and component fixes go to Scalable Design System in Figma ($5,000, 3 weeks)
Marketing-site fixes go to High-Converting Website in Framer ($3,000, 1 week)
Book the app sprint or the design system within 14 days and I credit the full $1,500 toward it. The audit becomes your deposit, so it's a no-risk first step into the bigger work.
