Summary
I offer Data Science as a service. I have extensive experience in the industry and keep myself current in traditional business analytics and machine learning.
Process
Pre-requisites:
You have a data platform e.g. Databricks or Azure etc. and manage access to your data and services e.g. AzureML.
Scoping:
Meet with you to understand your problem.
Review available documentation related to the problem.
Document your current operations and future design.
Propose scope and an approach to solve the problem. Discuss deliverables and fees. Discuss duration of testing and acceptance phase. Scoping costs usually 25% of the total project fees which would be due before moving on to the next phase.
Design & Implementation:
With agreement, move to delivery of the project.
Meet with you periodically to review progress and discuss any issues.
Deliver the products as agreed upon.
D&I costs usually 50% of the total project fees which would be due before moving on to the next phase.
Testing & Acceptance:
Meet with you periodically during testing and acceptance to iron out issues.
T&A costs usually 15% of the total project fees which would be due before moving on to the next phase.
Closure:
Close the project once T&A ends or you're satisfied with the work.
Upon Closure, the remaining 10% of total project fees would be due.
Limitations:
I do not work on IT security, setting up platforms or data access controls etc.

Predictive Model
We can co-create a model that uses your data to produce forecasts useful for your business.
Report
Optionally, for a fee, you may request documentation to understand your model and its technical details, limitations and expected use.
User Manual or Video
Optionally, for a fee, you may request documentation on the operation of the model from a user's point of view.
Dashboard
Optionally, for a fee, you may request the model's results visualised into a report such as PowerBI or python dash that's already used by your organisation.
