My design process is based on these steps :

1. Discover

In this step, I try to In this stage, I try to get an overview, and I limit my research scope before I dig deeper into the research. This involved User Survey, User Interview, Heuristic Analysis, competitive analysis.

2. Define

This stage includes Affinity Mapping, User Persona, Story Boards, and Customer Journey

3. Design and Develop

This phase includes wireframes, low fidelity, and high fidelity.

4. Develop

I hand off my design to the developer. The tools I use is Zeplin and Figma

In designing, I can make some iteration based on the discussion with the client to create better design visually and functionally.
