Data: the system runs on your own server. Chat text is sent to Claude (Anthropic) to build the booking card, and messages pass through WhatsApp and your calendar provider. Contact details are masked before anything is written to the calendar. Client and patient data stays your responsibility, including GDPR/KVKK duties for health data. Accounts: You provide the API keys and accounts (Anthropic, Google Calendar, Cal.com, a WhatsApp Business account through a provider, and the server or cloud account it runs on). Third-party fees and approvals, such as WhatsApp Business verification and message template approval, are on your side and can extend the timeline.
