My Design Process
Discovery & Research: I start by understanding your goals, audience, and any challenges. Through user research and competitor analysis, I gather insights to guide the design.
Planning & Strategy: Together, we'll define the scope and create a user flow or sitemap to map out how users will navigate your product.
Design & Prototyping: I'll create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, ensuring they align with your brand. Then, I’ll build an interactive prototype to demonstrate the user experience.
Review & Revisions: After sharing the designs with you, we'll collaborate on any revisions to make sure everything is perfect.
Handoff & Support: I’ll prepare all the files for your development team and offer support through the launch to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • What’s the typical timeline for a project?

    The timeline depends on the scope of the project, but most design projects take between 3–6 weeks. I'll work with you to establish clear milestones and ensure we're aligned throughout the process.

  • How do you handle revisions?

    I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to refine the design based on your feedback. My goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final product.

  • Do you offer ongoing support after the project is complete?

    Yes! I offer post-launch support for minor adjustments or improvements. I want to ensure everything is functioning as expected and will help with any issues that may arise.

  • Will I own the design once the project is finished?

    Absolutely! Once the project is complete and payment is settled, all designs, files, and assets are yours to use as you wish.

What's included

  • UX Research

    • Competitive analysis to understand market trends. • User personas or audience research to inform design decisions. • Basic user journey or flowchart outlining key user interactions.

  • Wireframes

    • High-level wireframes for 3–5 key pages or screens. • Focus on structure, functionality, and layout. • Simple annotations for key interactions and features.

  • High-Fidelity UI Designs

    • Fully designed screens/pages (up to 3–5, based on the project scope). • Custom visuals, including typography, color schemes, and icons. • Mobile and desktop designs, responsive layout considerations.

  • Design System/Style Guide

    • A more detailed guide than in the Starter Package, including typography, color palettes, button styles, form elements, and grid systems. • Basic design patterns for consistency across pages/screens.

  • Prototype

    • Interactive prototype showcasing user flow. • Can be for one or more screens to demonstrate user experience and functionality.

  • User Flows or Sitemap

    • A visual representation of user flows or a basic sitemap for navigation. • Ensures the client understands the structure and navigation paths.

  • Design Revisions

    • Up to 2 rounds of revisions based on client feedback (or more depending on your approach). • Refinement of layouts, color schemes, or user interactions.

  • Development Handoff

    • Organized design files (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) ready for developer handoff. • Includes assets (icons, images, typography) and clear specifications for implementation.
