Whenever I start a new collaboration, I first conduct a Market Map.
This is a document that gives me an insight into the complete picture of the competition, their offers, their communication channels, where we stand about that, audiences, what the seasonalities are, what audience the pain points are, and what language the audience use, among other things, according to needs.
Based on this, I discern your strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities.
After that, we already have an insight into the market and customers(audience), and accordingly, I create a strategy. Also, in this part, we conduct keyword research, according to which landing pages are created that educate our future customers about our product and things related to that segment.
Based on the Market Map, we will already have an insight into the interests of your target group, who they follow, and what is the best way to target for the start.
While working on the Market Map, we already explored which sales funnels the competition uses, and we use that knowledge to improve your sales process with you.
After thoroughly familiarizing myself with the market and agreeing on the market entry strategy, I proceed to campaign creation in line with the strategy. In this phase, everything related to the Merchant Center is addressed if necessary.
Therefore, the deliverables include an optimized Merchant Center and created campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, and others) in accordance with the strategy.
It involves working on campaigns and a series of techniques that align with the achieved results: ad optimization, bidding strategies, descriptions, landing pages, and more.
