Process
Firstly to understand the product I conduct user research and market analysis is conducted, followed by user interviews to identify user needs and pain points, start to ideate and pitch ideas, then design, user test, hand off and ship the product to developers and conduct post shipment user testing. Of course this process will change from time to time depending on the project and design needs, but I will always ensure business and user needs are met.
