Ideally, a professional designer should handle the design to ensure the best quality. I prefer to work with a design created by a professional. However, if you don't mind me designing your website or web app, I can do so for an additional cost & time. Please keep in mind that design is not my primary expertise, so the results may not be as polished as those from a professional designer.
