• What access will you need?

  We will need your Shopify URL (the one that ends in myshopify.com) so we can request access from our Shopify partner account. Once this is done we will have access to your store so we can perform the work.

• Do I have to commit to a subscription?

  No but we highly recommend this. If you subscribe for 3 or 6 months you will get a further 5% off.

• Will you provide an update each month?

  Absolutely! We will create a client file for you so all work that is undertaken in your chosen retainer can be tracked and reviewed. We will submit your work on a monthly basis.

• Do I get a discount as a monthly retainer client?

  Yes, you sure do! As a retainer client, you are the ultimate VIP! This means you get access to an exclusive hourly rate which is cheaper than hiring us for the day. You will also get a further 5% off if you subscribe for a 3-month or 6-month duration.
