0. First Contact Let's talk a little before you hire me. Maybe I'm just not the person for the job. Maybe you need a whole team, or a person with different skills. I want to be confident that I am the guy you need. 1. Discovery We discuss in full detail what kind of website you want (or how to remake the one you have). What it does, who's the target audience, and everything else I need to know. It's gonna be a big list. I might come back to you a few times with more questions. Then I do the research. I dig into your product, I look into your target audience, I study your competition. I learn what they do well and what we can do better. 2. Design I start building wireframes and developing a design system. Then they will grow into full page mockups. Then I prepare to hand off the project by cleaning and labeling everything. I will share my progress with you and ask for feedback at key moments. If you request any changes I will gladly make them, but beware — changes take time. The same goes for wireframes and interactive prototypes. Designers are split on how important they are, but they do add up to time. I prefer doing them only when necessary, but we can talk about it. 3. Finishing touches I make any final changes if necessary and hand you the project. I collaborate with developers and give them any help they need. If something unexpected crops up, I'm here. 3. Support If you need any help after the website is done, like adding a new feature, feel free to get in touch with me. That's my child and I wanna help you with it.
