1- We have a firts reunion (video call ,call, email) in wich we will create a brief on styles and needs. This give me the scoop of the project, and the quantity of drawings to made.

2- Create a proposal for you to view and make the revision.

3- After approval of the proposal, LET THE PRODUCTION BEGINS.

4- Deliver a package of plans and 3d renders.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the needs, size, and speed you needed. But I'm sure, we can get an agreement.
Can I get more 3d renders?
YES! we can negotiate.

What's included

Proposal
First step. A proposal on plan, and a simple 3d visualization, following your brief on the project. 3 revisions. After final approval, the rest of the deliverables enter in production.
Floor Plan
A floor plan with furniture and measures the proposal Usually more than one, depending on the project. Final product
