What's included

• Custom Knowledge Database in Notion

  I'll design and build your custom Notion Knowledge Database, using information from our initial discussion, incorporating essential pages including SOPs, and templates.

• Adjustments and Edits to the Knowledge Database

  Approximately half way through the build process, we'll have a video call via Zoom to discuss different aspects of the Knowledge Database including functionality and information, and note down any adjustments, so the finished database is exactly what you need.

• Video Walk-through

  Once the build is complete, I'll send you a tutorial walk-through of the entire database, including instructions for how to implement and use the database for your team. This video will include captions, and will also come with a transcription in PDF format.

• Post-Implementation support (2 weeks, option for ongoing)

  Full support for two weeks (with an option for ongoing support) to aid the transition and implementation of your custom Notion Knowledge Database. I'll be there via Slack message to answer any questions you might have.
