  • Research & Brand Discovery

    After gaining an understanding of your business and objectives, I'll conduct in-depth research using online sources, your existing materials, and any relevant studies you've previously conducted (if applicable).

  • Brand Positioning

    I’ll begin with a workshop to define your mission, vision, and values together. From there, I’ll build on those insights and guide you in making the right decisions for your brand. I'll create detailed personas and determine the best approach to reach them effectively. Along the way, I'll help define your differentiators, brand personality, and USP, as well as explore co-branding opportunities. Lastly, we'll establish your brand principles and craft a powerful brand manifesto.

  • Verbal identity

    I'll establish language guidelines, a brand vocabulary, and clear dos and don’ts, alongside defining your brand’s voice and tone. I’ll craft key messages that align seamlessly with your USP. As a separate service, I can also develop a name that perfectly fits your brand’s identity.

  • Action plan

    Based on all the strategic decisions above, I’ll create a list of needs and directions (visual identity, communication, and marketing), outlining the tools to use and the specialists required to bring your brand to life. From there, we can continue working together—either with your team or my network of creatives—or you can take the reins and implement everything with your own team.
