They will receive editable project files from the editing software and separate audio tracks, including music, voiceovers, and sound effects. Subtitles or captions, such as SRT files, will be provided for accessibility. Additionally, custom video thumbnails for online platforms and short promotional versions like trailers or teasers will be delivered. The package also includes edited segments optimized for social media sharing. A revisions log documenting all changes made during the editing process will be provided, along with usage rights documentation for any third-party content used. Finally, delivery notes summarizing the project details, formats provided, and any additional usage notes will be included to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
