  In the initial phase of this project, a questionnaire will be sent to you to help identify and clarify your goals for the website. This will also assist in understanding the necessary information required to design an exceptional experience for your customers. It is imperative that you allocate ample time to complete the questionnaire and provide any additional information that may be requested. While a basic or swift website may be desired, to ensure long-term success and return on investment, your active participation and collaboration will be crucial in creating a final product that aligns with the specific needs of your business.

• Website Design & Development (Desktop & Mobile)

  During this phase, my primary focus will be on planning and analyzing the necessary tools, strategies, and design elements required for your website. I will deliver a comprehensive website and provide comprehensive training to ensure consistency in its maintenance. I work with a variety of platforms, including WordPress (Elementor), Wix, Shopify, and Showit. If an alternative platform is required, I am able to accommodate that as well. My objective is to create a website that is tailored to your specific needs and requirements. To achieve this, I will require your active participation and collaboration to assist in clarifying your goals and understanding your business.

• Website Strategy

  Your website goals are what give your tracking process direction. It guides you to achieve what you want for your website. The common goals that most websites aim for include: - Increased sales - Improved engagement and interaction with the brand - Increase in lead and conversions - Boost brand awareness P.S: While some websites focus on increasing sales, others may be designed to create brand awareness and advocacy. As we proceed together to work on the project, I will give you updates so that you can ensure that everything is on right track.

• Webhosting/domain/email setup

  Please note that while assistance with web hosting, domain, and email setup may be included in my services, it is not included in the cost of the platform selected for your website.

  Marketing your products or services by email can be a fast, flexible and cost-effective way of reaching new customers and retaining existing customers by encouraging repeat website visits. Email marketing can allow you to create targeted and personalised messages. This can help you to build meaningful relationships with your customers. It can also improve response rates to your direct marketing campaigns.

  If you need I can upload the content, things like videos, images and text all as long you provide the content. Otherwise, you will be able to upload in your time.
