We review your current systems, workflow bottlenecks, and manual work, then identify priorities for further investigation or improvement. Actual billing: $150/hour, with a one-hour minimum ($150), then 15-minute increments ($37.50 each). The final charge is based on time used, subject to that minimum; a two-hour booking does not automatically mean a $300 charge. Additional time is agreed before proceeding.
