Business plans are documents that typically contain vast information and data. The aim of my service is to actualise this in a manner that befits your specific requirements. To provide an insightful and research-supported business plan, I tend to apply the following phases of work protocol.

Undergoing preliminary and foundational research

Contrasting the findings of the acquired research with the client's real-time objectives/requirements

Concocting a potential business plan by exploring all relevant themes, such as core strategy, management modelling, financials, and competitor analysis. I may deploy analytical business tools/techniques that explore external business environments, such as the SWOT and PESTLE matrices (subject to the nature of the requested business plan by the client)

Communicating the results of the business plan with the client, and inform them of any form of detected discrepancies in the business plan

Concluding the business plan with personal recommendations/suggestions. This is to solidify all acquired data to potentially achieving the most successful outcomes for the client

Presenting the final completed work with the client. Please note that I will be open to making amendments in the business plan throughout the project, should the client require this of me.
