Complete Brand Identity

Starting at $6,900 · Approximately 6–7 weeks
A comprehensive identity design engagement for businesses creating something new or meaningfully rethinking an existing visual identity.
My approach goes beyond designing a standalone logo. Together, we'll establish a broader visual system considering how your brand communicates through typography, color, imagery, art direction, graphic language, digital environments, physical applications, motion, and other touchpoints relevant to your business.
The process begins with discovery and a visual brand audit before developing through three Brand World presentations.
Each presentation is delivered as a PDF following our meeting, allowing you and any relevant stakeholders to review the work carefully. Following each feedback stage, all client and stakeholder feedback should be consolidated into a single written document before the next stage begins.
Once the identity itself has been approved, I translate the finished visual system into a concise set of practical Brand Guidelines.

What's included

• Initial discovery conversation • Full visual brand audit • Brand Audit presentation • Brand World 01 — two developed creative directions • Brand World 02 — development and refinement of the selected direction • Brand World 03 — final refinements and presentation of the completed identity • Logo system • Typography system • Color system • Developed art direction • Graphic language • A considered selection of contextual applications relevant to the business • Simple digital expression where relevant • Exploratory motion principles or studies where relevant • Two consolidated identity feedback rounds • Production-ready static logo files • Final approved logo vector/source files • Color specifications • Typography sourcing information • PDF delivery of the Brand Audit and each Brand World presentation

Brand Guidelines

Following approval of the identity, I create a dedicated guidelines document designed to make the visual system understandable and usable by your team, collaborators, vendors, and future designers.
Depending on the needs of the identity, guidelines may cover:
• Logo hierarchy and usage • Logo spacing and sizing principles • Incorrect logo usage • Typography hierarchy and usage • Color specifications and usage principles • Art direction • Graphic-system principles • Layout and composition guidance • Relevant application examples
The guidelines include one consolidated feedback round and are delivered as a final PDF.

The process

01 — Discovery
We begin with a conversation about the business—its history, audience, goals, personality, competitive landscape, ambitions, and where the identity needs to live.
02 — Brand Audit
I research and assess the existing visual landscape surrounding the business and identify opportunities for differentiation and expression.
The Brand Audit is presented and delivered as a PDF.
03 — Brand World 01: Exploration
I develop two distinct creative directions exploring different possibilities for the identity.
Rather than evaluating logos in isolation, each Brand World considers the identity as a broader system through typography, color, imagery, layout, graphic language, applications, and other relevant visual behaviors.
The presentation is delivered as a PDF.
04 — Consolidated Feedback #1
You and any relevant stakeholders review the presentation and provide one consolidated written feedback document establishing the direction for further development.
05 — Brand World 02: Development
I develop and refine the selected direction based on the agreed feedback.
The second Brand World is presented and delivered as a PDF.
06 — Consolidated Feedback #2
A second consolidated written feedback document establishes the final refinements.
07 — Brand World 03: Final Identity
I complete the final refinements and present the finished visual identity.
08 — Brand Guidelines
Once the identity is approved, I document the core visual system and principles required to implement it consistently.
09 — Final Delivery
Final delivery includes the completed Brand Guidelines, final Brand World presentation, agreed production-ready static identity assets, color specifications, and typography sourcing information.

Scope note

Mockups, applications, digital examples, and motion studies within Brand World presentations are primarily created to demonstrate how the identity can behave.
Unless explicitly included in the agreed project scope, these examples are not delivered as finished websites, packaging files, social templates, animations, advertisements, or other production-ready collateral.
Production-ready applications can be scoped as additional project work.
