When a workflow feels messy, jumping straight to automation or new software can solve the wrong problem. I map one real business workflow, identify where information, ownership, decisions, or handoffs break down, and turn that into a prioritized systems blueprint before implementation is forced.
The starter scope covers one workflow diagnosis, one current-state map, and a prioritized intervention plan. The goal is to understand how the work actually moves, what is creating friction, what should stay, and what kind of change is justified next.
Good fit for:
work that depends too heavily on email, spreadsheets, memory, or manual re-entry
unclear handoffs, approvals, ownership, or duplicated effort
disconnected tools that may or may not need integration
founders who know a process is inefficient but do not yet know what system to build
Process:
You send the workflow, people involved, current tools, examples, and the main problems you are seeing.
I trace the actual operating sequence, including inputs, decisions, handoffs, ownership, and failure points.
I map the current workflow and separate useful foundations from the parts creating friction.
I deliver a prioritized intervention plan showing what should change first and what kind of system, automation, integration, or process change may be justified.
This starter package is diagnostic and planning work for one workflow. It does not include building the automation, app, integration, dashboard, CRM, AI system, or other implementation itself. If the next step is clear, we can scope that separately from the blueprint already completed.
