Initial Planning and Timeline Development:Upon receiving all requirements and assets necessary to commence the project, we will promptly establish a GANTT chart outlining the project's timeline. This serves as a visual roadmap, detailing key milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Continuous Communication:Throughout the project lifecycle, we maintain open and transparent communication channels between you, the client, and our team. This ensures alignment with your vision, facilitates feedback incorporation, and enables swift resolution of any queries or concerns that may arise.
Design Proposal Stage:In the initial phase, we present two distinct design proposals for the core page or screen of your project, tailored to reflect your objectives and preferences. For instance, if the project involves a website, you will receive two design proposals for the homepage, each aligned with your goals and brand identity.
Design Approval and Expansion:Upon selecting the preferred design proposal, we proceed to develop and refine all other pages or screens consistent with the approved design direction. At this stage, we focus on desktop design sizing, ensuring coherence and consistency across the entire project. Client feedback and approval are integral to this phase.
Optional Mobile and Tablet Development:Following approval of the desktop design, we offer the option to develop mobile and/or tablet versions of the project upon request.

Asset Sharing: Any assets created specifically for the project, such as images, graphics, or multimedia elements, will be shared as part of the deliverables. These assets are tailored to your project's aesthetic and functional requirements, enhancing the overall quality and impact of the final product.
