Research & Strategy: Final We refine and align your brand positioning, mission, and vision to reflect your core values and strategic direction. Core values are sharpened to capture your brand’s essence, while updated headlines communicate your message and unique value with clarity and impact forming a strong foundation for all future brand expression. Mood boards Round One introduces two distinct, high-level visual directions. In Round Two, the selected direction is refined and evolved based on feedback, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with your vision. Messaging R1 & Visual Identity R1 Messaging deliverables include refined core values, brand headlines, tone of voice, copy principles, and clearly defined language conventions and vocabulary.
Visual Identity deliverables include a single, focused brand direction informed by the chosen mood board, supported by a cohesive visual strategy. This includes logo design, a structured design system, color palette with specifications, iconography, typography selection, and guidelines all working together to establish a consistent and compelling brand presence.
Messaging Final & Visual Identity Final We refine tone of voice, language conventions, and vocabulary to strengthen clarity and consistency across all communications. The visual identity is further polished based on feedback to ensure full alignment with your brand vision.
Photography included at this stage is directional intended for placement and inspiration only. Clients will be responsible for producing final content moving forward. Brand Guidelines A comprehensive guide covering messaging and naming refinements, along with clear standards for photography, iconography, logo usage, typography, tone of voice, and overall visual and verbal expression. This ensures consistency across every touchpoint. Handover You’ll receive complete logo assets in both print and digital formats (PNG, SVG, AI, EPS), along with iconography and supporting graphic elements. Brand guidelines will be delivered as a PDF and as a live Framer link, allowing for easy access, collaboration, and future updates.

Yes our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. The initial scope of work covers everything outlined in your project agreement, but we understand that brands evolve over time. If you need additional support whether it’s updates, new assets, or expanding your brand we’re always here to help. Any work beyond the original scope can be taken on as an extension of the project or as a new phase. We aim to stay flexible and grow with you, ensuring your brand continues to feel consistent, relevant, and well-crafted as your business moves forward.
