-Utilize platforms like Aconex and Box* for project document management.
*Digital & Social Media Management:
-Manage social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok).
-Maintain WordPress websites.
-Implement chatbot strategies using Manychat.
-Create engaging visual content with Canva, CapCut, Limewie,
Prompthunt, Copy.ai and PowerDirector.
*Productivity & Collaboration Tools:
-Utilize project management tools (Asana, Notion).
-Manage schedules and appointments with Google Calendar, Microsoft
Teams, and Notion.
-Facilitate virtual meetings with Zoom, Google meet, Loom and
Microsoft Teams.
-Utilize cloud storage with OneDrive, Box and Dropbox.
*Financial tracking using Quickbooks.
*General Virtual Assistance:
Data entry and management using Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Asana and Jotform and Proficient in Microsoft 365.
