About this service

Summary

Our offering is a comprehensive book layout design service that focuses on crafting distinctive creative designs. Unlike generic templates, we take pride in creating every design custom made, by real designers. What sets us apart is our commitment to understanding your vision and translating it into a layout that is not only visually appealing but also functional and easy to navigate. We ensure that every detail is carefully considered and executed to bring your book to life

Process

Editorial: Before a designer can begin working with your manuscript, it needs to be edited, proofread, and finalized for production. A copyeditor will finish shaping your story on a broader level, and a proofreader will catch any typos and punctuation errors that might be lingering in your manuscript.

Design: At this stage of the process, the overall look of your book’s interior is being designed. This includes suggestions on fonts and sizes for the body text, headings, and chapter pages. It also includes any other textual and visual elements in your book that add to the overall aesthetic and reading experience.

Typesetting: Here, the manuscript is formatted using the final, approved page design, transforming your manuscript into what will ultimately be your finished book pages. A first typeset proof of your book is provided for review and a final proofread is performed

Final Edits and Corrections: In this stage, any necessary changes to the first proof in the book files are made based on the author's feedback. This is the time to make any final changes before the book goes to print.

Final Approval: This is the final review process before files are sent to your printer or online distributor. The client confirms that everything is good to go, and the final files are prepared and sent directly to the client.

Final Files to Printer: Now that the print book and ebook are complete, all final PDF files of your print book and ePub file for your ebook are ready to upload to your selected printer or online distribution partner.

The text in the book layout is proofread for any grammatical errors or inconsistencies. This ensures that the text is clean and professional, improving the overall readability of the book

  • Design Review

A design review is conducted to ensure that all elements of the book layout meet the client's expectations and adhere to the set standards. This includes checking the layout, typography, images, and other design element

Detailed documentation is provided, explaining the design choices made during the project. This includes explanations of the layout, typography, imagery, and color schemes used in the book

  • Print Ready Files

These are the final versions of the book layout that are ready for printing. They include high-resolution images and text that can be printed without losing quality
