• Project proposal

  My project proposal gives a new client a feel of what to expect from the job given to me and what it will feel like working with Me. Some times clients need a document to submit for approval thus this document can serve that purpose.

• Project Contract

  A project contract is needed because it sets expectations and makes the rules clear in case of conflict.

• Project Brief

  Project brief is necessary because it will help in the process to gain more clarity about how to do the work. The methods or the specific exercises or questions included in the brief may be different in different projects.

• Project Plan

  This will help set the expectations of the client and it will serve as a document to refer to for any questions about what’s coming next. This project plan may materialize in a roadmap.

• Periodic Project Report

  Periodic updates will be given throughout the lifespan of every project. This will help clients keep track of their projects and make possible inputs and corrections.

• Final Project Report

  At the end of the project the client will receive a final report and presentation of the work done.

• Satisfactory Survey

  The client will be requested to do an assessment of the job and project. A proper feedback mechanism for growth and improvements so that in other instances or for other clients to be served better.
