Yes, I will be happy to read your nonfiction picture book.
Yes, you may submit a short list of questions (4 or less). I will include them to my own beta reader questionnaire, if they are not on there already.
Beta reading does not include proofreading, developmental editing, or copyediting. However, I can do a sample edit at an additional cost. For more in-depth proofreading, please see my proofreading service if you are interested in that.
