Ensure your product is built right from the start with the Design & Development Oversight package. I provide guidance throughout the design and development process, aligning teams and ensuring your product vision is realized effectively.

Process

What working with me will look like:
A 15 minutes discovery call so I can understand your goals, scope, timeline, and expectations.
A proposal will be provided on a working model that best serve your team, along with expected timelines and deliverables.
During the course of the project, a weekly status provided with your preferred format.
Any changes to the agreed upon scope, timelines and deliverables will be communicated well ahead of time.

Example timeline for 12 weeks development process below. NOTE: Project timelines will be determined by project complexity, duration, and level of involvement required.
Week 1-2: Project initiation, process review and initial planning sessions.
Week 3-8: Ongoing coordination, milestone planning, and development oversight.
Week 9-12: QA support, UAT preparation, and final reviews.

    Manage stakeholder relationships by keeping them informed and addressing any concerns. Provide regular updates on the project's progress, key milestones, and any potential risks to make sure everyone stays in the loop and engaged.

  • Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing Support

    Support in planning and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the product meets user needs and expectations.
