Process

My workflow is structured, efficient, and tailored for smooth animation production:

Asset Preparation in Photoshop I begin by carefully breaking down the character artwork in Photoshop. Every key body part—head, eyes, limbs, accessories, hair, etc.—is separated into organized layers. This allows for precise control during rigging and animation.

Rigging and Animation in After Effects Once the PSD is imported into After Effects, I set up a custom rig for the character, allowing flexible, puppet-like movement. Using advanced keyframing techniques, parenting systems, and motion curves, I animate the character frame by frame to ensure fluidity and believability.

Polishing and Export After animation, I fine-tune every detail—from timing and spacing to easing and bounce—to achieve smooth, professional-quality motion. The final animation is rendered HD and optimized for looping, overlay, or integration into video content.
