My 1:1 mentoring sessions aren’t about perfect portfolios or generic advice.
They're about finding YOUR edge - the unique mix of strengths that will unlock your next big move.
We'll build a path that fits you, not everyone else.
Process
First Step: Choose the topic to work on during the month.

Second Step: Prepare for the first meeting
Have a notepad and pencil on hand (or any digital annotation tool).
Stay curious and open to being challenged and receive gentle support at the same time.
Third Step: Let your sidekick (me) help you get to the next level
We'll be getting to know each other
Then we go straight to the core of things with clarity and empathy
The session will be conducted over the Internet. You'll have a chance to give context, ask questions, and get answers.
Post-Session Work: Your work begins.
Once the live mentoring session is done, your work begins. I will send you a typed summary of the call, along with recommendations and homework. The summary will come packaged with the call recording, so you can review it whenever you need it.
Also, you will be able to reach out anytime via chat with me. Expect responses in 24 hours or less
